About the Role

As a Part-Time Turn-Down Service Attendant, you'll help create a memorable evening experience for our guests by preparing rooms for a comfortable night's stay.

Working during the evening hours, you will refresh occupied guest rooms, replenish amenities, and ensure every room reflects Amsterdam Manor's high standards of cleanliness and personalized hospitality.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys attention to detail and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• High school (EPB) diploma preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly, reliable, and professional
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties

What You'll Do

• Perform evening turn-down service in occupied guest rooms
• Refresh towels and amenities as required
• Ensure rooms are clean, welcoming, and guest-ready
• Report maintenance issues and guest requests
• Deliver personalized service while respecting guest privacy
• Support sustainability and housekeeping standards
