This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and serving as the primary contact for guest inquiries and assistance. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, updating guest information, processing payments, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations. The Front Desk Agent responds to guest requests, provides information about resort facilities and local attractions, and resolves issues promptly and professionally. The role requires consistent adherence to resort standards, accurate record-keeping, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Languages: English, Dutch, Papiamento and Spanish
• Computer knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
