Private Sales and Service Officer

The Private Sales and Service Officer is responsible for promoting and selling BSure and traditional insurance products while delivering high-quality, personalized service to customers. This role focuses on understanding client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, managing inquiries efficiently, and building strong, long-term relationships that support customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance.

The Private Sales and Service Officer proactively engages with clients across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent service experience at every touchpoint. The role also supports the acquisition of new business while actively managing and retaining existing portfolios, contributing to sustained growth and the ongoing success of the insurance division.

Professional requirements:

• Minimum HAVO/VWO or equivalent qualification
• Insurance certification is an asset and considered an advantage
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in sales / insurance

Candidate Profile:

• Communication skills: Expert communication skills. Fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento, with strong written and verbal skills
• Customer service skills: Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, resolve concerns, and deliver a consistently high-quality service
• Analytical and organizational skills: Ability to assess customer needs, identify opportunities, and maintain accurate records while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a structured manner
• Confidentiality and adaptability: Demonstrates integrity and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality while remaining flexible and responsive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Time management: Effectively prioritizes tasks, meets deadlines, and manages customer interactions to ensure timely follow-up and high-quality service delivery
• Technical proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), enabling efficient communication and information management within the Bank
• Technical proficiency: Advanced PC skills with strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as ANVA, enabling efficient communication, data management, and information processing within the Bank
