The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store, overseeing sales performance, team leadership, inventory control, and customer experience. It is a leadership-focused position centered on planning, performance management, and delivering strong business results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs (Conversion, ADS, UPT, Attach Rate); set goals and implement action plans to drive sales results.
• Lead and develop all store employees through training, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback on product knowledge, service, and sales.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, conduct, and store meetings; communicate company expectations clearly.
• Oversee inventory including stock levels, cycle counts, shrinkage, markdowns, and ERP/POS accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs covering opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Submit performance reports to the Area Manager and coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance as needed.
• Uphold customer service standards and resolve escalated complaints effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of sales experience and a minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team in a management role.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), POS software in general, and possess general computer skills.
• Flexible work schedule and regular attendance is necessary.
